For 23 years, I've been a standout woman in a world mostly run by men, and let me tell you, it's been quite a journey. What's more, for the past decade, I've not only been part of the scene – I've been leading it, proudly holding the third highest title in my department. It's been a rollercoaster, with more than its fair share of highs and lows, teaching me a lot along the way.

In the beginning, fitting in with the guys was like trying to solve a puzzle with missing pieces. They often saw me as too much of this or not enough of that. I tried every which way to mesh with them, but it left me feeling more out of place than ever. Then, there was this moment of clarity – I didn't need to fit their mold. I embraced my unique flair and stepped up as the boss I was destined to be. Turning my 'too much' into my strength was a game changer. It brought me the confidence and respect I deserved, and it felt downright liberating.

Now, my goal is to inspire other women to follow suit. Changing who you are to fit in? That's old news. It's all about embracing your fabulous self and letting your true colors show. As women, we're here to make waves, lead with sass and professionalism, and show the world the true power of being an unapologetically strong woman in charge.
